The 20-V SiS426DN device offers the industry's lowest on-resistance times gate charge for a device with this voltage rating in the 3-mm by 3-mm PowerPAK® 1212-8 footprint. AD8665: 16V Low Cost, Single High Performance CMOS Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifier

The AD8665 is a single rail-to-rail output single supply amplifiers with low noise performance. The family features an extended operating range with supply voltages up to 16 V. They also feature low input bias currents, wide signal bandwidth, and low input voltage and current noise.

The AD8665 specified over the extended industrial (-40° to +125°C) temperature range. The AD8665, dual, is available in the 8-lead micro-SOIC and SOT-23 surface mount packages. All packages are Pb-free.
