Introducing MASTR IV TETRA Base StationTyco Electronics announced today that its Wireless Network Solutions business introduced the MASTR IV ("Master Four") Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) Base Station to power secure digital trunked radio communications via TETRA. The addition of the MASTR IV product extends the M/A-COM MASTR series and marks the first MASTR product to facilitate the TETRA air interface with the VIDA (Voice, Interoperability, Data and Access) network platform. National Semiconductor's High-Speed, 30V Buffer Amplifier Expands Portfolio for Industrial, Test and Measurement Applications
June 7, 2006 – National Semiconductor Corporation (NYSE:NSM) today introduced a high-speed, 30V buffer amplifier for industrial, medical, and test and measurement applications.
The LMH6321 unity-gain buffer delivers 300 mA of continuous output current and is stable under any capacitive load when driven by a 50-Ohm source. It operates with a 30V supply voltage, providing the maximum possible dynamic range at the output. This wide dynamic range is important for applications requiring a large output swing, such as semiconductor automatic test equipment.
