Winbond releases SDRAM:64Mb(W9864 Series), 128Mb(W9812 Series) and 256Mb(W9825 Series)

In response to the coming of the digital family, Winbond is now targeting the specialty niche DRAM market. Among the specialty DRAM makers, we are one of the few IDM factories, which are capable of in-house research and development, manufacturing and marketing. Apart from providing you with high performance and high reliability products, our own 12" fab also guarantees that you will not need to worry about supply shortages.

New Winbond SDRAM products shown at this exhibition include: 64MB (W9864 series), 128MB (W9812 series) and 256MB (W9825 series). These new products are all available in TSOP and BGA packaging. Our packaging has also been certified by SGS testing and meets the stringent specifications of the Japan Green Procurement Survey Standardization Initiative (JGPSSI). With an operational voltage of 3.3V and operating temperatures is between 0 °C~70 °C, the new Winbond SDRAM will be well suited to all kinds of consumer electronic products such as DVD-Recorders, DTV, STB, DSC, Network Applications and Printers.
