HILLSBORO, OR - MAY 15, 2008 - Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) today announced the appointment of Byron Milstead as Corporate Vice President and General Counsel.
Since 2000, Mr. Milstead has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Credence Systems Corporation. After completing his undergraduate degree from Reed College and receiving his law degree from the University of Utah, Mr. Milstead practiced law at the Salt Lake City office of Parsons Behle & Latimer and the Portland offices of both Bogle & Gates and Ater Wynne.
