To All Media Friends,

Recently, many articles regarding Nanya Technology Corporation appear in various media. A lot of information is more misleading than clarifying. I could like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points:

Nanya and Micron are still working on the future JD and JV projects. No agreement has been reached yet.
Nanya, Qimonda and Inotera are working on an amicable solution, hopefully beneficial to all parties. No solutions have been agreed yet.
We would appreciate if any further reports will be confirmed with Nanya before publication.
