The GoodBye Chain Group (GCG) of Colorado Springs, Colo. has developed some packages to help manufacturers comply with China’s RoHS laws. In a few months, China’s RoHS labeling and disclosure requirements on more than 1,800 products will take affect. The GCG – a company that helps manufacturers with environmental regulations – has created gold and silver packages to help clients comply with China RoHS.
The gold package contains real-time, web-based consulting, which includes weekly updates, a check-list of to-do items, and a question/answer response service. The package also includes a material declaration wizard database software tool that is designed to quickly generate China RoHS disclosure tables in required Chinese as well as in optional English.
The GCG also created a silver package for companies with up-and-running database software that can collect, manage and report RoHS-related data. The silver package includes everything the gold package contains except for the materials content wizard.
